Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but you must act quickly. Since we process orders within 1–2 business days, please email us at support@seastarstudio.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all handbag orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my handbag?

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my package? Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your handbag, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition with tags attached.

Are there any restocking fees? No, Seastarstudio does not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.

How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned handbag, we will process your refund within 8 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
