1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping services to customers within the United States. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

2. Shipping Cost

To keep things simple and transparent, we apply a flat shipping rate for all handbag orders:

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 per order.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We understand you are excited to receive your new handbag. Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts:

• Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday). During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks on the handbags, and package them securely.
• Transit Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Saturday).
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your handbag as it makes its way to you.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your handbag arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@seastarstudio.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Taxes

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of shipping costs. Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
