Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
At Seastarstudio, we understand that circumstances may change and you might need to modify or cancel your handbag order. Because we strive to process and ship our products as quickly as possible (typically within 1–2 business days), there is a limited window of time to make adjustments.
- Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@seastarstudio.com as soon as possible.
- Before Processing: We can cancel your order and issue a full refund if the request is received before the order enters the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage (usually within 12 hours of placement).
- After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to receive the package and follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item for a refund.
- Changing an Order
We are happy to help you modify your order details provided the order has not yet been handed over to our shipping carrier.
- Product Changes: If you wish to change the color or style of your handbag, please email us immediately. If there is a price difference, we will provide instructions on how to settle the balance or refund the overage.
- Address Corrections: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your address, please notify us within 12 hours. We cannot guarantee address changes after the package has left our warehouse.
- How to Request a Change or Cancellation
To ensure your request is handled promptly, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@seastarstudio.com.
- Include your Order Number (e.g., #SS1234) in the subject line.
- Clearly state whether you wish to Cancel or Change your order and provide the specific details of the modification.
- Refund Process for Cancellations
If your cancellation is successful and processed before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is refused at the time of delivery or remains unclaimed at the local post office, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred by Seastarstudio.
